1. Is Apollo University a CRM or a course?

Apollo University is a subscription-based learning and execution platform. You get live trainings, courses, community support, and access to a real CRM workspace while you’re subscribed.

2. Do I get access to a real CRM, or is this just for practice?

You get your own real CRM workspace (sub-account). This is not a demo or sandbox-only environment. While it’s perfect for learning and practicing, your CRM is fully functional and client-ready. You can build funnels, workflows, pipelines, and automations—and use the same system to onboard real clients when you’re ready.

3. Is Apollo University beginner-friendly?

Yes — Apollo University is built for beginners. You don’t just watch courses or live trainings and figure things out later. While you’re learning, you get access to your own CRM workspace where you can practice in real time.

This means you’re not just watching you’re learning through execution. You can immediately apply what you’re taught inside a real CRM environment, helping you build confidence faster and actually understand how everything works together.

4. Are there additional costs besides the subscription?

Your subscription already includes training, courses, community access, and your CRM workspace.

Extra charges only happen when you use paid communication features like sending real emails, SMS, calls, or AI tools.

For emails, you have 900 free emails every month for practice or light usage.

If you go beyond 900 emails, the extra emails will be charged at ₱0.06 per email.

To make sure your emails can be sent without interruption, the system will automatically load a $10 email credit once you start using paid email sending.

This is the minimum credit required by the system, and it will simply be used for the emails you send beyond the free limit.

So simple lang:

If you stay within 900 emails, no extra charge.

If you go over 900, you only pay ₱0.06 per additional email, deducted from your $10 credit.

If you are just practicing and not using paid features, wala kang additional cost.

5. What if I feel stuck or don’t understand something?

You’re not learning alone. You can: Ask questions during live trainings, Get help from the community, Join monthly group coaching calls. Support is built into the subscription.

6. Is Apollo University a one-time payment?

No. Apollo University is a monthly subscription-based membership.
Your access to trainings, community, coaching, and the CRM workspace remains active only while your subscription is active.

7. Do I need to be a tech expert to join?

No. You don’t need prior tech or CRM experience.
All trainings are explained step by step, and community + coaching support is included.

8. Can I use my CRM workspace for real clients?

Yes. Experienced VAs and freelancers may use their CRM workspace to onboard and manage real clients. Usage-based actions (emails, SMS, phone, AI) may incur additional costs when used for real clients.

9. Will I be charged if I’m only practicing?

No. You only incur usage-based charges when you send real emails, SMS, calls, or use AI tools.
Practicing without sending messages does not cost anything extra.

10. How much do usage-based actions cost?

Usage costs vary by feature. Example: Emails: ~₱0.06 per email
(₱100 ≈ 1,500–1,600 emails) Actual charges depend on how you use the CRM.

11. What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel: Access to trainings, community, coaching, and the CRM workspace ends

Your CRM workspace is deactivated. You may re-subscribe later to regain access.

12. Is there 1-on-1 coaching included?

No individual 1-on-1 coaching is included. Instead, Apollo University offers monthly group coaching and live Q&A sessions.

13. How do I get support if something isn’t working?

You can submit a Support Ticket through the Help Center.

14. Can I share my Apollo University account with someone else?

No. Apollo University memberships are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or CRM access is not allowed and may result in account suspension or termination.

15. Is my data secure inside Apollo University?

Yes. Apollo University uses secure systems and industry-standard safeguards to protect user data.
Your data is processed and stored only for the purpose of providing training, CRM access, and platform functionality.
